Susan gave me the Chocolate and Champagne Facial. I really needed more hydration and with my sensitive skin and rosacea this was the perfect facial for me. It was very calming and relaxing with the music playing in the background and the comfortable therapy bed that was warmed prior to getting in. I just closed my eyes and relaxed and enjoyed. I had a great experience! I had never had a facial before - I was too scared that my skin would react badly given that I have hyper-sensitive skin and so many allergies. But Susan put me at ease, and recommended that I try the Bella Bio Peel, which is safe for sensitive skin. She knew I was nervous and was careful to watch for any adverse reactions during the facial. There were none - and my skin looked and felt great immediately after! Susan is highly professional, listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be back!
