• ​​​Avoid other chemical peels 10 days prior

• Avoid AHA's, BHA's, Retinol, Retin-A 7 days

• Avoid face waxing 7 days prior

• Avoid UV beds or heavy sun bathing 5 days prior

• Stay well hydrated daily to avoid moisture loss

Post-treatment

​

• Avoid Retin-A or other exfoliating creams during healing phase

• Avoid heavy sunbathing, apply an SPF 30+ daily

• Use warm/tepid water only when cleansing face

• Do not rub or pick at skin while it is shedding or flaking

• Apply aftercare products as directed

• Avoid sweating or wearing makeup for at least 12 hours
